About PadelSensation
Honest padel gear reviews for players who take the sport seriously.
PadelSensation is an independent padel equipment review site built for players across Europe and the UK — the world’s most active padel markets. We cover rackets, shoes, balls, bags, and accessories, with a focus on helping you spend your money wisely and improve your game faster.
Who writes here

My name is Martín. I’ve been playing padel for several years at recreational and club level, primarily across Spain and the UK. I’m not a professional player or a sponsored ambassador — which means my reviews reflect what actually works for club-level players, not what looks good in a manufacturer’s press release.
I’ve tested gear on indoor and outdoor courts in Spain, the UK, and Sweden — three of padel’s fastest-growing markets in Europe. I understand the difference between what a beginner needs at £80 and what an intermediate player should expect at £200.
How we review gear
Every racket, shoe, or accessory reviewed on PadelSensation goes through the same process: I use it in real match conditions, note how it performs across different shot types and court surfaces, and compare it against alternatives at the same price point.
- Minimum 3–5 sessions of real match play before writing any review
- Comparison against at least two alternatives at the same price point
- Testing on both indoor hardcourt and outdoor artificial grass where possible
- No payment accepted for positive coverage — affiliate links help keep the site running but never influence ratings
What you’ll find here
- Racket reviews and buyer’s guides for every budget (£70 to £300+)
- Accessories guides: balls, bags, grips, shoes, eyewear
- Beginner guides and technique breakdowns
- News and updates from the European padel scene
Our focus: European and UK padel players
Most padel gear content online is aimed at the Spanish or South American market. PadelSensation is written specifically for players in the UK, Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, and the rest of Europe — with pricing in GBP and EUR, availability from European retailers, and coverage of the courts and conditions you actually play on.
